A TASTE OF CALIFORNIA
WINE AND GOURMET FOOD TASTING

SAN MATEO COUNTY EXPO CENTER (FIESTA HALL), SAN MATEO

Rotary Club of Millbrae will hold its 3rd annual wine and food tasting on Sunday June 11, 2006, open to general public, trade and media. We need lots of volunteers! Your work shift is 2 1/2 hours and it gains you access to the tasting (including the trade and media segment), an A Taste of California Wine and Gourmet Food Tasting Logo T-shirt, and an invitation to our annual picnic, where we will honor your contribution and give thanks.

	I'm Flexible and just want to help. I will work any shift dependent upon where I am most needed.
	Event Setup The Day Before Saturday June 10, morning setup, 9am onward
	8 am - 10:30 am: Help decorate the tables and get the venue ready for winery and food vendor registration. Some winery and food vendor registration and load-in will also be done during this time.
	10:30 am - 1 pm:: Winery and food vendor registratoin and load-in. Trade registration and check-in will begin at 12:00pm
	12:30 pm - 3pm: Trade/Media registration. General Public Registration begins at 1pm. Other assignments made as needed.
	2:30 PM - 5 pm: Trade/Media & General Public registration. Other assignments made as needed.
	4:30 PM - Close: Winery load-out and clean up.
